
Fall 2008 concert after-thoughts
Submitted by admin on October 13, 2008 - 10:01pmThanks to all of the people that came to our Fall 2008 concert. It was a wonderful turnout. It took a little bit longer than usual, but pictures are now available. Go take a look!
We also want to congratulate Larry E. and Charlene Lechner as the winners of the String Quartet CD Drawing. They along with others kindly registered for the drawing by filling out the guest form in the program to go on our donor/mailing list.
Fall 2008 concert info
Submitted by admin on September 15, 2008 - 6:23pmAccompanied by guests from the Blossomwood String Ensemble, the Huntsville Master Chorale presents its Fall 2008 concert. We will be performing at First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 28 (map to location).
The concert program includes Franz Schubert's Mass in C, Domine, Ad Adjuvandum Me Festina by G.B. Martini, and compositions of Johann Michael Haydn.
Donations will be accepted at the door.

- Sunday, September 28, 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville – A program of Schubert, Martini, & Haydn
- Tuesday, December 16, 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian – A narrated Christmas program of music and prose with guest singers from Whitesburg Middle School
- Friday, April 24, 7:30 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Huntsville – The premiere of an HMC commissioned work composed and conducted by Bryan Page

We are happy to be singing at Providence Baptist Church near Harvest (1355 Douglass Road). The acoustics and lovely sanctuary should make this a rich choral event. The concert will be on May 2nd at 7:30 PM. (map to location)
April 2008 concert info
Submitted by admin on February 24, 2008 - 9:08pmThe HMC is assisting in an April 22nd concert with the Buckhorn High Singers, under the leadership of their unique and superb director, Webb Parker. This evening of music will be at the Locust Grove Baptist Church on County Lake Road (just off Winchester Road) at 7:00 PM. (map to location)
February 2008 concert info
Submitted by admin on February 17, 2008 - 11:44amHuntsville Master Chorale members are excited about our next concert in Decatur. It will take place at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 801 Jackson Street SE (downtown), at 7:30 PM on February 23. (map to location)
We will cover a wide range of choral works: Brahms, contemporary American and English composers, beautifully arranged folk songs, spirituals, and even some gospel. We hope you will mark off this date and join us in Decatur on the 23rd.
